There was free parking. Millennium Globe was within walking distance. Near the airport, 12 miles. We appreciated this hotel.

The bed was massive. It was very quiet and the owners were very helpful. All in all a lovely hotel for a reasonable price.

Staff could not have been more helpful. After a long day of travel and meetings I wanted nothing else but to sink into a hot bubble bath and relax... Originally on arrival I was escorted to a single room which was a little on the pokey side and had only a shower in the en-suite. When I explained that at the time of booking I'd requested a room with a bath if possible, the manager/receptionist said he'd see if there was anything he could do. I was then upgraded to a fab double room, with gorgeous bathroom, was much bigger and with lovely linen and drapes....I Couldn't have been any happier! Very grateful to them for being so accommodating.....
The location / situation on the street is a little confusing! The entrance is actually on a side street off the main road, and appears to be the bistro entrance. I walked into a part of the hotel on the main rd that did say 'hotel entrance' above the door, but was no desk or any people around!! Took a few minutes of wandering along the pavement to work out the set up!

Staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel is centrally located to Kenilworth local facilities. Very good selection of breakfast choices. Free car parking and (on request)able to leave the car there for short time after checking out.
Communal areas could do with refurbishment e.g. stair carpet was shabby and needed cleaning, radiator in dining room had peeling paint. My room, although very clean and comfortable, needed some refurbishment, e.g. curtain tie back hooks loose in the wall, fitted drawers needed sealing to wall.

The hotel was very lovely and the decor was luxurious! I was only there one night, but found it very welcoming and confortable, The breakfast was perfect and I was tended to very well.
The parking was limited so I had to drive around for a while and then park 'illeagally'!! It would help guests who don't know the area where would be good places to park if the (small) hotel car park is full.

The staff were smart, friendly and dealt with all our queries promptly and effeciently. Breakfast used proper local produce and was cooked to order. Despite being situated on the main road through Kenilworth the room was well soundproofed and there was very little traffic noise. The bathroom was a good size with a full bath/shower and room to walk round in it.

The bed was very comfortable and the room TV was good. Breakfast was indifferent at best, could be better. Didn't have a meal in the resturant so can't comment.
Breakfast could be better.

The staff were extremely friendly and polite. Breakfast room was lovely and breakfast times very good (early to 10 am). Very good breakfast buffet and also offered a very nice vegetarian cooked breakfast which was appreciated. Room facilities were good - biscuits with tea/coffee, complimentary bottles of water, loads of storage space.
The room was very "tired" and was in need of refurbishment. Parking was a problem as the carpark was very small and it was a first come first serve basis. We ended up having to leave our car parked there and rely on relatives to act as taxi service which wasn't ideal.

The hotel is easily accessible by road and has adequate carparking facilities. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The newly opened Bistro offered good food at reasonable prices. An hotel I would have no hesitation using again if I should be back in the area.
The hotel is not accessible to anyone with disabilities. The lack of a lift is a serious drawback (a help with luggage up to our room would have been appreaciated).
